1. Overview

GREENSPARK NETWORK is a global network of partners, investors, promoters from over 8 countries of the world passionate about turning environmental waste challenges into profitable and sustainable opportunity. GREENSPARK NETWORK is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of DIGITAL AGE CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD dedicated to accelerating the transition to a green economy through innovative, sustainable and impactful solutions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing GreenSpark Network ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register on GreenSpark Network, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Reside in a country where participation in investment and affiliate programmes is legally permitted.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• Not be barred from using financial services under applicable law.

4. Partnership Types

GreenSpark Network offers two distinct partnership types:

• Affiliate: Earn commissions by referring new users. Subject to a one-time registration fee. Eligible for rank bonuses and performance rewards.
• Partner: Invest capital in partnership tiers and earn annual returns on investment (ROI). No registration fee required. No referral system access.

Each partnership type is governed by its own set of rules and is not interchangeable after registration.

5. Partnership & Investment

Partners may invest capital across available tiers with varying minimum and maximum amounts. Each tier carries an annual estimated returns on investment within the stated range. Estimated returns on investment are distributed on an annual basis at the discretion of GreenSpark Network management.

Key terms:

• Lock-in period: Typically 24 months or as specified by the partner when starting their partnership, they can choose 2 to 5 years lock-in period from the activation date.
• Estimated returns on investment is not guaranteed and is subject to platform performance
• Payment proof must be submitted and verified by an administrator before activation.
• GreenSpark Network reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

6. Affiliate Programme

Affiliates earn commissions when users they refer invest in partnership tiers. Commissions are calculated on the invested amount at the following levels:

• Level 1 (Direct Referral): 5% of the investment amount.
• Level 2: 3% of the investment amount.
• Level 3: 2% of the investment amount.

Commissions are credited to the affiliate's wallet upon partner activation. Rank bonuses are awarded when team volume thresholds are met. GreenSpark Network reserves the right to adjust commission rates with notice.

7. Fees & Payments

Affiliates are required to pay a one-time registration fee before their account is activated. This fee is non-refundable. The current fee is displayed during registration and may be updated from time to time.

All payments must be made to the official Digital Age Consultancy Services Ltd bank account. No cash payments are accepted. Payment proof must be uploaded for verification.

8. KYC & Verification

To comply with applicable regulations and protect users, GreenSpark Network requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals can be processed. Users must submit a valid government-issued ID and any other documents requested.

GreenSpark Network reserves the right to suspend accounts pending KYC review or where suspicious activity is detected.

9. Wallet & Withdrawals

All earnings (commissions, profits, bonuses) are credited to your in-platform wallet. Withdrawals are processed to your verified bank account and are subject to:

• Successful KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as set by the Platform.
• Admin review and approval, typically within 5 business days.
• Any applicable transaction fees.

GreenSpark Network is not liable for delays caused by the financial institution or the payment systems.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate referral structures.
• Providing false identity or payment information.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms.
• Promoting the Platform using misleading, false, or exaggerated claims.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or fraud.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

11. Risk Disclosure

GreenSpark Network is an investment and affiliate platform. Returns on investment are projections based on current performance and are not guaranteed. Users should invest only funds they can afford to commit for the stated lock-in period.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors).

14. Termination

GreenSpark Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
